Merger completion: Gladiator with Adrigo Small & Midcap L/S

The merger of Gladiator with Adrigo Small & Midcap L/S by way of absorption has been carried out in accordance with the merger plan approved by Finansinspektionen on 28 January 2022. The Gladiator fund thus ceased to exist on May 2, 2022. Following the merger, the former unitholders in Gladiator now own units in Adrigo Small & Midcap L/S, class C SEK.
